First, the POWER storytelling framework emerged as a potent tool for crafting compelling narratives. It breaks down the storytelling process into four critical elements: Problem identification, Outline of solutions, Worth or impact assessment, and Eliciting a response or call-to-action.

Second, an ethics checklist was introduced, covering key aspects such as consent, transparency, bias evaluation, and data privacy. This checklist equips nonprofits with the necessary guidance to ensure that their AI applications align with their core values.

Beyond text, the course also delved into the realm of visual content creation, highlighting the capabilities of Canva Magic. By describing their vision for an image or video, participants witnessed Canva’s AI magically generating original designs, scenes, and graphics.

The convenience and efficiency of creating professional-grade social media posts, animated videos, and entire presentations with just a few clicks left participants astounded. By automating repetitive design tasks, Canva’s AI empowers nonprofits to redirect their energies towards strategy and personalization, opening up new horizons for organizations with limited resources.
