Your ability to attract the right opportunities that will enable you to reach your potential and thrive depends on how effectively you can clarify, develop and share your story with the right audiences.  Although you may have been taught to be humble and to let your results speak for themselves, the reality is that if you lack clarity about what you uniquely bring into this world and/or if keep it to yourself, you rob those who could potentially support, partner with or celebrate you of the opportunity to do; as a result, you could ultimately end up settling for opportunities (and a life) that are less than what you could have had.  Owning your personal narrative depends on the ability to understand your purpose and communicate it with precision and tact – first, to ensure that it resonates with you, and second, to make sure it is understood by the audience or community with whom you share your story. 

In this highly interactive workshop, you will:

• Discover the importance of storytelling and personal branding
• Reflect on your own purpose and identify your “special sauce”
• Learn how to craft a personal story using the Liz Ngonzi Transforms ICAT (Inspire, Connect, Activate and Transform) framework and her approach to storytelling (Problem, Solution, Impact, Ask)
• Explore how to communicate your story to different audiences (e.g., prospective employers) for impact.
